1. Delivery charges vary by location, item weight, and other factors.
2. Expect delivery within 20-25 working days after full payment and order finalization. In case of Corporate Projects, timelines will be communicated in advance.
3. Unforeseen factors like weather, natural disasters, or political unrest may lead to occasional delays, with proactive communication from us.
4. Delivery timeline starts only after full advance payment and all order details are finalized by the customer.
5. If payment is made by cheque, delivery is scheduled for 25 working days after a successful transfer.
6. Real-time order delivery updates are available on our website, and our delivery partners keep you informed.
7. Consider a 2-3 day buffer for unexpected issues when planning orders.
8. A 24-hour warranty is provided after delivery for immediate issue reporting.
9. Orders should be collected within 7 days of notification to avoid warehouse fees.
10. Orders uncollected for 15 days are considered canceled: Standard orders: 30% deduction with additional warehouse charges after 7 days. Customized orders: 70% deduction.
11. Damage during delivery may affect the delivery timeline, and responsibility depends on the delivery method. We don’t offer a Self-Collect delivery option.
12. An 8-hour delivery window is provided on the specified date.
13. Inappropriate behavior by customers may lead to order cancellation; terms include 30% deduction for standard orders and 70% for customized orders.

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all invoices issued via online channels or in-store at Officio Mobilia.
1. We offer a 2-year wood structure warranty and a 5-year foam warranty. Wood warranty is applicable on solid wood structures and does not cover any sort of manufactured wood.
2. Design, fabric, and color selections must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking; changes are not allowed afterward.
3. A 60% advance payment is required to confirm an order. The remaining balance is due before delivery, with delivery charges depending on your location. 100% amount will be required for customized orders.
4. Change of mind is not a valid condition for a refund. Orders once delivered & accepted are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
5. Orders not collected 15 days after delivery are considered canceled: Standard orders incur a 30% deduction, along with warehouse charges after 7 days of non-collection. Customized orders have a 70% deduction, with the remainder refunded.
6. No warranty is provided for hardware items like locks, channels, handles, sofa buttons, and studs.
7. Mirrors and glass tops are not covered by our warranty; please inspect them upon delivery for immediate replacement in case of issues.
8. Display photos may include props for visual purposes but are not included with the product.
9. Customized orders are non-refundable, with after-service available in selected cities (customer bears after-service charges, including material costs). Design or dimensional changes are considered customized.
10. Imported fabric we use does not come with a warranty.
11. Original invoice is required for warranty claims.
