Warranty Claims

At Officio, we take pride in offering high-quality furniture that is built to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer warranty claims on two of the components used in our furniture: wood and foam.

 

Wood Warranty Claims

At Officio, we stand by the quality and durability of our wooden furniture. We offer a comprehensive 2-year wood fixture warranty for our furniture products, which includes protection against termite damage. We take pride in our craftsmanship and the materials we use, ensuring that our wooden furniture is built to withstand the rigors of normal wear and tear.

However, there are certain conditions that do not qualify for warranty coverage. Please be aware that we do not provide a warranty for products made from mixed wood. Additionally, our warranty does not cover structural damage that may occur after prolonged use.

If you encounter any issues that fall within the scope of our fixing warranty, we are committed to resolving them promptly. We will initiate the repair process within 10 working days of receiving the product at our facility.

Foam Warranty Claims

We always use first-quality foam from reputed companies and offer a 5-year warranty on the foam. If you encounter any issue covered under the foam warranty, we will forward the case to the foam company.  For any foam warranty claim, the proceedings will be made in accordance with the foam company's terms and conditions. 

Please note that to initiate a warranty claim for any of the aforementioned warranties, customers are required to provide the original invoice issued by Officio. Ball fiber filling is made to provide extra comfort, and ball fiber doesn’t come with any warranty. 

This warranty also does not apply to defects resulting from incorrect assembly or disassembly, defects that occur after the purchase as a result of product alteration, deliberate damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or exposure to environmental elements.

 

Warranty on Imported Office Chairs:

We provide 6 Months to 1 Year warranty on all imported office chairs. 

 

Claim Procedure

In case of any claimable issue, please go through our 'Terms & Conditions' document in detail to determine if there is a claimable issue. If you have a claimable issue, please contact our Department using any of the following channels:

Fill out the form on our website

Please provide your order number, and details of the issue, and use the following template for the subject line when writing an email: '[Order Number] Claim [Issue].' Our customer support agent will reply with the proceedings within 5 working days.

 

Warranty Claims Team

All warranty claims are handled by our Warranty Claims Team. Our customer service representatives are available from 11 am to 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday. Please note that if you do not contact the relevant department, Officio will not be liable for not entertaining any query regarding complaints or claims.
