Q: How long does it take to deliver the order?

We take 20-25 working days to manufacture your order, depending on the complexity and quantity of the items. However, if you are ordering from in-stock items, you can get the delivery within 7 working days anywhere in Pakistan. We also provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order status.

 

Order Placement

Q: Is there a place we can visit to check out the furniture?

Yes, we have our outlet located at Luxus Mall & Residency, Gulberg Expressway, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Here you can check the quality and finish of our items.

Q: What is the payment structure?

We require a 60% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 40% is payable before delivery. You have the option to pay the entire amount in advance as well. We accept online payments through bank deposits, bank transfers. If you order through our Outlet in Gulberg Islamabad, you can also make the payment in cash.

Q: Do you allow customizations in designs on the website?

Yes, we offer custom fabric and color selection for our designs. However, some design changes may not be applicable to an existing design. We communicate clearly what can and cannot be done once you make a customization request.

Q: How do I check your quality?

Although we have our Outlet at Gulberg, Islamabad, where you can check the quality, we encourage making a small order to see how well we deliver. Our manufacturing quality is comparable with the leading furniture brands that charge premium prices. Rest assured, we make no compromises on quality, and you will get a product that lasts for years.

Q: How do I place an order?

You can select the product with the customization options on our website, and our sales team will contact you to confirm the order. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp through our social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or directly (from the WhatsApp icon in the bottom right). You can clear your queries and place the order with our sales representative. Once you make the advance payment, the order starts processing.
